Aqaba-Ma‘an Archaeological and Epigraphic Survey (AMAES) Digital Archive (مسوحات العقبة ومعان)

‘Aqaba-Ma‘an Archaeological and Epigraphic Survey (AMAES) is a research survey project which documented Wadi Ramm’s exceptional landscapes and archaeological remains. Under the guidance of Associate Director Glenn J. Corbett, ACOR initiated a project in 2017 to catalog, digitize, and make available to researchers this important collection of primary data on Wadi Ramm’s ancient past. The collection includes more than 10,000 color and B&W images, William Jobling’s fieldbooks, Richard Morgan’s fieldbooks, Gazetteer and Field Maps and Rubbings/Tracings covering nine seasons of field survey.
