Digital Library of the Middle East Platform (المكتبة الرقمية للشرق الأوسط)

The platform federates and publishes digital data related to the Middle East and North Africa from institutional collections around the world. The data includes published materials, documents, maps, artifacts, audiovisual recordings, searchable via keywords and browsable by time periods, expressed both according to the Gregorian and Hijri calendars. The project also includes digital exhibitions, although none so far related to Jordan. The platform is developed using the open source Spotlight and Blacklight frameworks and is available in Arabic and English. The current collection includes historical objects from Jordan available in open access.
